If product/products found to be physically damaged or defective or you found missing any item, one of these will be subject to refund. The customer can raise a complaint and share the supporting images with invoice issued at the time of delivery to customer support email id. These complaints need to be done within 24 hours of delivery. Thereafter refund will be initiated after due verification of complaint. Once verification
complete and complaint is found to be true then the refund for that selected damaged product will be done within 7 business days.
Cancellation policy : If any order placed once and products gone out for delivery, then user/customer is not entitled to cancel the order.
